Terms of Service
Last updated 10 September 2026
These are the terms you agree to when you register for the free training or use this site.
Who you are dealing with. Beyondset, run by Ryan Kelly. Our registered address is available on request.
Contact: admin@beyondset.net.
1. What you are registering for
A free live online training about appointment setting, roughly 90 minutes, followed by questions. It is live only. We do not promise a recording, and if you miss it you may have to register for a later date.
At the end of the training we explain what Beyondset does and how to talk to us about working together. There is nothing to buy on the night to get value out of the training itself.
2. Registering
- Give us details that are actually yours and actually correct. We use the email and phone number to send you the join link and the reminders.
- One registration per person.
- You must be 18 or over.
- We can refuse or cancel a registration, and remove anyone from the live session, without giving a reason.
3. Results, and what we are not promising
Appointment setting is a job. What anyone earns from it depends on the work they put in, the offer they attach to, how much time they have, how good they get on the phone, and plenty of things nobody controls.
The names, screenshots, payments and videos on this site are real and belong to specific members. They are examples, not averages, and not a prediction of what you would earn. Most people who see a training like this never act on it, and people who do act get a wide spread of outcomes, including nothing at all.
Nothing on this site, in the training, or in any follow up is a guarantee of income, a job offer, or financial advice.
4. What is ours
The training, the slides, the recordings, the written material and everything on this site belong to Beyondset. You can watch it and use what you learn. You cannot record it, republish it, resell it, or feed it into a product of your own without written permission.
5. How to behave
- Do not disrupt the live session or abuse other attendees or the host.
- Do not scrape, copy or automate against this site.
- Do not present yourself as part of Beyondset when you are not.
6. Other people's services
The webinar runs on WebinarJam and the site is hosted on Vercel. Emails and texts go through our CRM. Those services have their own terms and their own outages. If one of them fails and you miss the session, we will get you onto a later one, but we are not liable beyond that.
7. Liability
The training is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss arising from decisions you make after attending. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, because it legally cannot.
8. Your data
Covered separately in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes and law
We can update these terms. The date at the top tells you when we last did.
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which Beyondset is established, which is outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. If you live in the UK, Ireland or the EU, this does not take away the consumer protections you have under your own country's law, and you can still bring a claim in your local courts. Ask us at admin@beyondset.net if you need the specifics.
